Topside's Ward Room features a wine bar serving small plates while catering to refined palettes in a casual, comfortable space right in downtown Steilacoom. Located on the first floor in the back half of the Topside Coffee Cabin, Steilacoom's own Chef Rob creates culinary delights and tasty snacks to order... all right at the bar.

 

Every four to six weeks, our menu changes with a variety of new flavors from different regions and tastes from around the world. So, pull up a chair, indulge your senses, and enjoy some great company.

Chef, Topside Ward Room

Raised in Steilacoom and a graduate from the art institute of Seattle. Chef Rob has been working in kitchens since 2008. Mostly working in Seattle restaurants like, Tilth, Brimmer and Heeltap, and Piatti. He is excited to bring his passion for fun flavors to his hometown and cook for his family and friends. Come down and travel the world one menu at a time with us!
